Notice, finally get 3 new people and trying to train on top of that. It’s been a heck of a 6 years but man I haven’t been happier. Management isn’t for everyone, and it definitely wasn’t for me. It may seem scary to move on but we have SOO many skills from this place that can transfer to a lot of different opportunities. I’ve been able to work with a couple customers I made good relationships, might become a project manager to one who is BOOMING as of late, etc. If you feel like this is all you know and can do, DONT!
