Hello,

I have a "temporary" comcast line that was run from the box in my yard, over my fence, down a few yards to another house or box, after a line was damaged underground.

I previously submitted a case here, and someone from Comcast came out to try to fix the existing line, but could not find the break. He said there would be a new ticket submitted to bury a new line, but it has been a while (6+ months) and nobody has come back to bury it. Overall this "temporary" line has been run through my yard and over my fence for well over a year, and I would like it out of my way for some upcoming landscaping work.

Can the status on that bury ticket be checked, or a new one put in? Thanks!
