Bowling has been horrible the last two times we had it. the ramp is basically straight the whole way down, making the marbles go down the same path every time, and the lane is so short that even when a marble deviates from the standard path it doesnt go far. it’s basically just one marble who knocks down pins, then a 50/50 chance for any more pins to be knocked down for that team. the change would be so easy too, just widen the starting ramp, or make it a one marble event. it’s just so boring when 25% of the event is completely pointless.

(I’m not just saying this cause the razzies did bad, I enjoy watching ML, and this is just bad event design, so please JMR, fix bowling or don’t bring it back)

16: Team Plasma

this team kinda just exists and doesn’t achieve anything. I expect a poor finish this year

15: Snowballs

As much as I am rooting for them, they’ve kinda fallen off and I think that a low finish is very possible for them

14: Savage Speeders

The dynasty is over. Two bottom half finishes in a row, and a mediocre qualifiers gives me little hope for you. But then again, you are the speeders, so you’ll probably podium

13: Oceanics

Last year was a fluke. I’ll say it. I don’t believe they have what it takes to keep going at this level. I would be surprised if they got anywhere above 9th

12: Kobalts

I don’t want to say it, but you’re not doing that again. I expect them to have a severe podium hangover. As much as I want them to repeat, it’s not happening

11: Bumblebees

the bees have just kinda been there the last two years. They will win a couple medals, but do nothing all that impressive

10: Solar Flares

I think we are all rooting for the flares, but realistically we should expect mediocrity. It’s okay flares, just do your best and we‘ll be cheering you on

9: Mellow Yellow

They were decent enough in the friendly round, but I don’t think that they will do very much come game time

8: Indigo Stars

They were decent in the qualifiers and I think that they have a good shot at placing in the top half this year. I know I’ll be cheering them on

7: Crazy Cats Eyes

I think they have some adjustments to make this year after a dnq, but the qualifiers looked good for them and they are the cats so I still think they will place in the top half

6: Raspberry Racers

I was really close to changing this one with the cats. After a rough year last year, I think this year will be sort of a return to form for the razzies. Not too good, but not horrible. Their qualifiers were decent but I don’t expect a podium

5: Blackjacks

An incredible qualifiers gave me a lot of hope for the blackjacks, and I could even see them podiuming this year. Good stuff from the blackjacks, I look forward to seeing what they do

4: Pinkies

THE. GOATS. I really like their chances this year. They are kind of a sneaky good team, they just silently place in the top 6 and no one really notices. I could see them being the first host team to win, and I almost swapped them and the next team

3: Chocolatiers

Yes I know, but I felt like this league is very likely to have a random podium finisher, and I think it’s going to be the chocs. I really liked their qualifying performance, but the last time they had a good qualifying, they didn’t do anything with it. I hope you prove me right chocolatiers

2: Green Ducks

I was very torn on which team to put here out of the top 2, but ultimately I chose the ducks. I think they for sure have what it takes to win, but I just think one team has a better chance. The ducks had a really good qualifiers, and I think they are geared for a great season

1: Hazers

yup the hazers. This is their year. I think that they will put up a solid performance(so long as there’s not too many strength events)though I do worry about them being able to medal. As long as they can get on the podium, I think that they will win the marble league

BONUS: NEXT YEARS HOST

There are 4 teams I think could host next year, in order of least to most likely

4: Kobalts. Could be a cool theme, but I think the chances are slim

3: Team Plasma. Would be a really cool theme of like caves and mines. I think it would be awesome

2: Hazers. If they dont podium, I think that they are a great candidate for hosting. M1 has proved that the misty mountain theme is really cool, and I’d love to see a league based there

1: Blackjacks. I just think the casino, with glowing lights would be awesome, and we could see some very gambling-esque events would be cool. Like plinko
