How safe as an artist am I from scams using VGen? (Chargebacks and stuff)

What happens if a client causes issue by refunding using their payment processor? Do I just lose all my time and money?

The brush engine, and overall optimization is still soooo freaking good.

I been using Krita because it has all the features one needs. However Sai is just hard to not use from time to time. The way it feels to paint with is unbeatable. I wish I could plug it right into Krita.
