Full Irish, from scratch

Try though I might, I couldn’t find any black pudding in my area… so I made my own. Then figured, what the heck, I’ll make a full Irish from scratch, even the hashbrown patty

Black garlic, anchovie, and pickled ramp bucatini with mozzarella pearls, ribeye, and asparagus.

Made/grew everything but the beef, milk, and wheat from scratch. So satisfying.

Hello lovely Limerick residents!

I’m in town for a gig and just accidentally tore my sole pair of jeans. I’m a bigger guy (I wear 52” waist and 32” inseam) and it’s Sunday. Where in Limerick can I get a pair of big jeans on a Sunday at the last minute? All I’ve got are pajama pants…
