Ive had 8 different consults and mixed opinions on open vs closed revisions. Im not crazy about using my own rib so I would prefer donor rib. I have thin skin so temporalis fascia is gonna be needed. I live in FL but will travel for best outcomes. There is a dent along the front that casts an awful shadow on most pictures. Do I open it back up and reconfigure everything or do a quick closed approach and add some cartilage to fix the dent? Oh, and breathing is kinda awful on one side.
