This is one of the main problems with tradeskills right here, no overlap.
The tiers need to blend into each other rather than abruptly have a big jump in skill requirements. Is creating a bolt of wool really supposed to be greater than an enchanted cloth cap? This is the same with leatherworking and blacksmithing.
