Hello! I have a space opera worldbuilding project whose main species is naturally psionic space elves. I want to organize the various powers, skills, etc., that they have, because we are indeed wont to organize. However, I can't think of anything beyond the current placeholder system of D&D 3.5/e psionic disciplines, let alone better than it. Would anyone be willing and able to help me find a better way?

I have a 2013 Mac Pro (6,1) that I got form a pawn shop back in March. Whenever I try to open a GPU-intensive program like Discord, the GUI slows down to seconds per frame, and Discord shows white or pink blocks. Is it possible to force specific applications or the whole OS onto the other GPU to bisect the problem?
