Heritage mansion on fire in Fulham, 14 Weetunga St

MFS responded to a structure fire at 14 Weetunga Street, Fulham earlier today. Still showing as active on the incident feed.

The property is the 1880 White family homestead. One of the oldest homes in Fulham, built by Samuel White on around 4,000sqm of land. Heritage listed, sold for the first time in 135 years back in 2015, then sold again recently for around $3M.
No word yet on cause or extent of damage.

With all these Claude product outages, where is the compensation for these? most often these outages happen at my peak work hours, productivity dramatically declines when claude isn't online, does Anthropic have a process to request compensation in some way or form?

Also if you've experienced similar frustration please share your experiences.
