Sorry if this is an ignorant question but I’ve never taken ties to be worked on so I’m not sure to what extent they are fixable. I thrifted both of these ties and theyre both messed up in different ways. The green Ferragamo is just loose and the blue Hermes is off center. If these can be fixed, what should I expect to pay? Do I need to go to somewhere that specializes in ties or would any tailor be able to fix them? Thanks for the help!

Can anyone tell me about these? I found them in a goodwill yesterday and got them for a little under 6$. They're pretty much unused but I can tell they've been sitting for a while. The insoles have no sign of wear at all and the leather is still super supple and soft. They say MiUSA. I have some Filson jackets and bags but I'm not too familiar with there boots.

Finally got one one my white whales and for less than 5$ after coupon!
