Can anyone validate Medlife Mastery's content for prep for the MCAT? (As a free resource, too broke to pay for UWorld)

Their diagrams and content are really digestible, and I've always struggled with the cardiovascular system but I'm learning a lot from it and feel like I have a better basis then before.

PS: I am not referencing their tutoring program, just their FREE content. If anyone can take a quick glance and tell me I would appreciate it so much. I would also appreciate if anyone has any free tools that can serve as a replacement for UWorld :)

Memory Palaces for studying

Has anyone here found any success using memory palaces to study?

I’ve heard about it here and there from peers but I always assumed theres just way too much raw information (Pre-Med) needed to be memorized that could allow memory palaces to be a go-to technique.

Memorizing techniques :(

Struggling to retain everything for MCAT. I've tried Anki and Sketchy but it feels like I'm just grinding cards without it actually sticking. What techniques have actually worked for you long-term? Not looking for 'just do spaced repetition'.
