9 Mos. Progress - 62yo

I started seriously working out and overhauling my diet in July 2025. The pictures are nine months apart from September 2025 to the latest picture from today. I am loving the journey and feel such a sense of accomplishment but I must admit it has been one of the most challenging things I have ever done. It requires constant consistent dedication and focus that I haven’t adhered to in many years. Any critique or advice on taking it to the next level is welcome. Two points though… (1) proud natty who will remain that way (2) I suffer from a few health issues that I navigate around but one that is difficult is an inguinal hernia so working out my legs right now with any kind of weight or strain is not possible. Thanks in advance for any comments.
