New location and still freaking delicious! Whopper w/cheese, small drink and fries meal deal. Excellent char on the patty that really hit the spot, the bun was toasted perfectly, topping fresh AF, bun and sauce fantastic, well assembled and I inhaled it. The fries were damn good too.

Asked the manager if he had a second and I told him great job with the burger, and make sure to tell the suits a bunch of people are loving the new Whopper. Told him he should check out Reddit and see for himself. He seemed genuinely appreciative, and gave me a fist-pump.

If you feel inclined, let the staff and manager know you are digging the new Whopper and other items - I bet you might really make their day, and they will appreciate the feedback.

Money has always rubbed me the wrong way. Tell your boss: "You can't put a dollar value on my worth, my time, my life" - They can down to the penny, denominate your life-force and then report it to the IRS. You earn x and are told the ills of your situation can be fixed by earning x+? There is no other system so your are condemned to be within it without any choice. You are at the mercy of wild swings of inflation, fraud, mismanagement, credit scores, fear, greed, as to what its value is with regard to spending and its stored value. It is used as a leveraged societal weapon of prejudice, manipulation, regressive control, a scorecard and illusion of 'success', but in reality; servitude. Your very life may well hinge on having it or not, the quality of your care, your future and so much else.

It's literally made up, fiat by nature and every dollar birthed is done so with and into debt; the very system is a Ponzi scheme. I've been told: "Yeah, but if you were rich you would think differently"... Ironically I am very wealthy and I still hate it with every fiber of my being. I feel guilt for it even though It was wrought by extreme discipline, a complete lack of desire for things, very high levels of self-sufficiency, a hobby-like knack for it understanding the game (greed), and to be very frank; survival in a system where I have no other choice, esp as I age alone.

I guess my best reason why I hate money, even with an abundance is It can't and can never buy what I want even stacked to the moon. I want a just society, a kind society, one that truly cares for each other, that's happy, peaceful, not a mental asylum, cohesive and well-educated. I don't expect 'utopia', I simply wish for much, much better where this can happen so much more than is via a change of thought, never with dollars that only drive the opposite.

For my fellow money haters, what else can you add? Thank you.

I'm 59, retired, wanting to find true peace and quiet and a very slow pace of life, but think my hardcore days of off-grid / very remote living are past. A Walmart kinda near or decent grocery store would be nice, and I guess not being too far from some medical care (I am a disabled vet, so VA care can work) would be smart. Really don't want to be in a super hilly area to drive, or have my place on ground / yard sloped a lot. Currently in the heavy snow-belt and would prefer to be from it.

Being on a lake or stream would be great and I'd like to look at areas that are more welcoming than insular. Hard to exactly explain what that means but let's say not super blighted, not a place with a negative vibe, places where I don't want to change the culture, just want to be a good neighbor.

Places with HOAs are really not my thing, and would consider 55+ if enough boxes are checked even with an HOA. I have been all over the state and have some ideas where this might be but look forward to your thoughts. Budget? I would like to keep it below $300k just because all I want is something like a nice deer camp with a garage.

Would even like in the interim to rent a place as I mention, but I'm finding it very, very difficult to impossible. If you have a lead on this, I'd be grateful for it. Thanks for the help.

The two mentioned in the title are what I have experience with. The Pixelb Buds 2a had better ANC performance to my ears than the SoundPEAT H3, so where do these EF Air Pro 4+ fall? My best tier reference point for ANC would be my Bose QC Ultra headphones.

How about other EF buds? I'll even ask what other buds in a similar price range (say $125 max) has the best ANC performance? Thanks.

Almost forgot; what kind of real world battery life are you getting from the EF buds?
