


Progress!
This is my progress as of right now! I am a 5’8” 21 y/o woman and as of right now my weight has been sitting around ~125lbs. At the start of my journey I was 165lbs. I unfortunately don’t have any photos from before December 2025, but I started calorie counting and consuming 1000-1200 calories a day in June of 2025. I started going to the gym and strength training 5x a week in January.
My daily calorie intake is 1200 and I eat 120-130g of protein daily. I don’t really focus on carbs and fats, but I do keep my eye on them while tracking my intake on MyFitnessPal
I go to the gym 5x a week Monday-Friday, my currently routine is Upper (Back & Biceps), Lower (Quads & Glutes), Cardio & Core, Upper (Shoulders, Chest, & Triceps), Lower (Hamstrings & Glutes)
‼️GUIDANCE/ADVICE NEEDED‼️
As I mentioned, my weight has been sitting around 125lbs. This has been the case for a little while now. My lowest weight has been 122.6lbs but I can’t seem to get any lower than that despite being in a calorie deficit. I have more details covering my weight loss journey on my page, but overall I would just appreciate any advice moving forward on how to decrease my weight (My goal is 120lbs)
