Making a documentary about Delhi — need your help finding the right person
I’m a college student working on a short documentary for my college project and I need your help.
The film is called “Close Your Eyes” — it follows a visually impaired person through their daily life in Delhi. The idea is simple: let the audience experience Delhi through sound, smell and touch instead of sight. No narration, no dramatic story. Just an honest, beautiful portrait of how someone navigates this city differently.
I’m looking for someone who:
• Is visually impaired and lives in Delhi
• Navigates the city independently (market, metro, their neighbourhood etc)
• Would be comfortable being filmed for 2-3 hours
This is a non-commercial student project. You’ll have full control over what is and isn’t filmed. Your story will be treated with complete respect.
