Leg day makes me want to puke and fainting sensation how do you guys push through it?
I'm 24, 85kg, 6'5" and leg day absolutely destroys me. Every single time I squat or do heavy leg press, I get this wave of nausea that makes me want to bail mid-session. I've been skipping it for the past 2 months because I'm honestly scared of it at this point - but I don't want my legs to fall behind.
Not 100% sure if it's a diet issue, but it really hits hard whenever the intensity picks up.
Anyone else dealt with this? What actually helped you:
- Push through the nausea or cut the session short?
- Any warm-up or breathing tricks?
- Timing meals differently before training?
- Swapping exercises that are less brutal on the stomach?
Really don't want to be the guy with a great upper body and toothpick legs lol. Any tips appreciated 🙏
