Bit of a weird one this- but is there any chance to add a feature to allow for the alert sound to only play once per user?

There are some folks in DMs who like to

send messages

like this

because

... you get the idea.

So my request is an option to allow for the alert to still play once but not again till x time (Something you can set, maybe on however many seconds/minutes) so you don't get multiple sound pings.

..and yes I have tried to ask friends to try not to do this but.. I mean people are people and several are guilty of it, even if I point it out ;P
