How do I make my fine hair poofier?
Ive been tryna do scene hair for ages and every time I always straighten, blow-dry, brush thru, spray with hairspray, and tease, and it always flattens or looks thin like this. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do? What would you recommend to volumise my hair or just make it look properly scene? Thanks
