Hi everyone, I’m the current leaseholder of a 1BR / 1BA at AVA Ballston Square in Arlington, VA and looking for someone to take over my lease.

I’m relocating for work, otherwise I would’ve stayed as I’ve had a great experience in the building.

This is a flexible lease takeover and the move in date can work around your timing. The lease transfer is done through Avalon Communities, and once the new tenant takes over, my responsibility ends completely.

Effective Rent is $2,250 per month after applying incentives.

Parking and utility are separate and cost around 250$ together.
