Is there a way to make Garmin Coach a bit less intense? This is my third and fourth workout for a 39 min 5km plan
I’m trying to get back into running after an injury and just put down a goal to run a 39 min 5km (7:48/km pace) in July and the workouts it’s suggesting are so intense. 6 minutes at a 5:25 pace seems a bit aggressive when I can barely do a 7:30/km 3km run currently. An hour running is also pretty long for the second week of workouts.
I would do DSW but I don’t have them on my Fenix.
