so I just ordered home LTE /forward internet , got the device in the mail, im like ok what my account ? figured like most comapanies enter mac address or IME # and set up a breeze , not Verizon so called support after being handed off to 10 other people and numbers, they tell me I had to go to a Verizon store to change a pin , I never set up . what a frigging joke I vote without a ID but had to go to verizion to show an ID to change a pin, never again will I deal with a crap company, good luck you you get someone that can actually speak english !

I've been with Verizon Wireless for 28 years and the customer service is so atrocious these days, I can't even think of the right words to describe it.

All I wanted to do tonight was chat with a customer service rep about upgrading my phone without changing my plan. Simple. But not for Verizon. I got stuck in the most infuriating AI chat hell one could ever experience. Whoever designed that AI customer service bot needs to be fired. Now.

28 years and that's the garbage you make me go through to give you more money? Give me one reason why I shouldn't change carriers.
