I notice on the website a lot of bikes are unavailable.

Does specialized have a typical time of year they update bikes with new colors/comps.

Like how cars usually change model year in the fall.

Or is it more random and bike dependent.

I feel like trek typically has predictable new model year releases and prior year closeouts.

It seems the last few years specialized is so tightly managing inventory it is really unpredictable.

Went into LBS. have one that was ridden about 200 miles happens to be my size. Went I. Planning to order a sport. They Wanted 4k (4.2 msrp).

Anyone have any idea how to value used almost new. At that price point seems might be better to just get a new one. 5% off.
