I’ve realized my cat might be a bit of a hermit. He’s never interacted with other pets, and I really want to broaden his horizons beyond humans. (He’s really friendly and well-behaved with humans, heck I think my housemates love him more than me!)

Looking for a fellow cat mom in the Whyte Ave / Old Strathcona area who might be interested in a potential playdate. Since he’s a first-timer, I’m looking for a safe, controlled way to introduce him to a new buddy; maybe a park hangout if they're also harness-trained, or just a quick meet-and-greet to see if the chemistry is there.

I feel like all the focus is on “AI this” or “malware that”, but I believe there is more niche, day-to-day things being overlooked. So, I am curious, and here to know if other feels like this as well. What’s that one problem you notice that ruins your week?

If you had to talk about one overlooked, boring or gate-kept problem that nobody talks about but is secretly a huge mess; the king of thing that makes one go, “how’s that still an issue in 2026??!!!”
