Legal advice needed regarding a Dairy
A diary that has opened at the back of our house recently (about a year ago since it opened), has been a constant headache for us, there is constant smell, no hygiene, and also no drainage of any waste, they have filled their dairy full of buffalos.
Till now it wasn't so much problematic to us bcz we were bearing, recently they have bought a buffalo that keeps bashing it head into the wall and doesn't stop, those fuckers place the buffalo on our wall side, which is our bedroom, greatly affecting my sis who is preparing for neet.
Multiple complaints have been said to them,they tell they'll do something but they don't do anything about that buffalo, now even being rude to us, and saying us to sell our house if we have any problem, they say they don't fear anyone and no one can do anything to them, "Do whatever you can"
Earlier complaint about their dairy was also done about hygiene issues but nothing much happend.
I want to make sure some strong action is taken against these fuckers, I want them to learn a good lesson.
Some other info:- the dairy is in urban area id say, surrounded by houses so between a residential area, In Punjab. No sign were taken by residents to open a dairy, and also I think there is no NOC.
What are the actions should I take? And what are the forums where I should send an email to?
