I'm not quite a year into my job at starbucks but I'm going into the district level championships soon and I'm just wondering like what the process is like at the district level, obviously the store level was pretty informal. Is the district level more formal? do they close the store we're competing at down for the timeframe we're there? Is it just the 3 lattes or is there anything else we're doing?
