I'm just moving into a new apartment complex and I'm getting this msg when attempting to sign up for new service. What's odd is that when I search my apartment's address on the Xfinity website, a few other units are actually listed as being available for service..one of which (unit 420) is just a couple of doors down from me (Unit 410).

I'd definitely like to see if we can resolve this issue so that I can get signed up for service.
