Care Credit card: how to get a lower payment!

Has anyone had success with getting a lower payment plan?! My card is maxed out at $7000 sadly due to a sick cat that needed round the clock emergency vet care and I’ve been sinking with this card ever since due to the crazy interest rate and payments basically just going to interest! How can I get a lower payment? Anyone with success stories?

Has anyone been able to get a second hardship program within 12 months? I want to do the 60 month plan and close my account.

Has anyone ever been able to get into a second hardship program within 12 months? I completed a program in December, so my payments have been back around $256 a month the past 4 months but I’m not making any headway. It’s all basically going to interest. At this point, I really just want to be able to close the account and get into the 60 month 0.99% interest plan I see multiple people talk about. Does anyone know how I might have success in doing so? Do I have to stop making payments for them to even consider this?
