Suggestion required for handling triggers.

I am new to this manifestation journey and currently working on improving my self-concept. One thing I am struggling with is emotional dependency my mood and emotional stability often get affected by other people’s moods and reactions. I want to learn how to stay emotionally grounded within myself instead of being triggered externally.
At times, I feel frustrated with my own actions because I end up sabotaging my work, my peace, and the progress I genuinely want for myself. Even when I try to handle situations maturely, in triggering moments I tend to forget everything I’ve learned and react emotionally. I want to understand how to pause, regulate myself, and respond differently in those moments instead of acting impulsively.
