I knew for a while that High Elves for the most part only used first names because their full names are extremely long, but only today I learned that in ESO there is a npc with a full Altmer name, so I decided to create one for my first Skyrim character who was a female Altmer, based on HappyB3's explanation on this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/teslore/comments/i8207q/altmer_full_name/
