Hello! Meron po ba employee ng SSS dito? We're selling our house and one interested buyer is an sss employee, who will pay by getting a housing loan from SSS as an employee. According to the buyer, kelangan nya nung original title para irelease ni SSS yung letter of guarantee. Wala kasi sya napakita na guidelines about this employee housing loan and requirements but I wanted to verify din from other sources. Also plan to ask from SSS directly pero baka may employees ng sss lurking dito or perhaps may nala encounter na ng ganitong type of transaction -- is this really a requirement? No idea kasi paano, sabi lang ni buyer, same as housing loan sa bank, but frankly, no idea pa. Thanks in advance sa mga makakasagot!
