I’ve messed up my setup and want to fix it properly before I push growth again.

I started OF in 2022 and had a few breaks. I used to promote a bit on Reddit and X, but honestly my biggest issue is I’ve barely existed online. I’ve been consistent on OF, but not with promotion, so I’ve mostly just sold to whoever found me.

Now my Reddit got shadowbanned so I’m basically starting again from zero. I’ve just made new IG, Threads and X and actually want to do this properly this time.

Right now I have a free page (selfies, teasers, some PPV on the wall) and a $10 paid page (nudes + discounted PPV). I’ve got 6 paid subs from my free, one buys PPV, the others don’t engage much but they do renew every month.

One thing I haven’t handled well is I don’t really show my apron belly much on my OF yet. A lot of my content is “safe angles”. I’m planning to start showing it more in promo so people know what they’re getting.

I’ve got a bunch of questions, don’t feel obligated to answer all of them, I’m just trying to tighten things up before I scale traffic.

Links / funnel:

Should I be putting my OF links in bios straight away, or grow first then add them?

And is it better to send people straight to paid, or through the free page first?

Pricing / PPV:

I think I’ve undersold my PPV a bit. I see everything from $1–2/min to $30 for 5 mins.

My audience is tiny right now so I get low demand, but I don’t want to train people to expect cheap content.

Also:

I’ve got PPV sitting on my free wall → should I remove or reprice it?

I stopped sending PPV on free because no one was buying

I discount PPV on my paid page… is that a bad idea long term?

Page setup:

I’ve thought about adding a ~$50 no-PPV page and putting all my vids there (around 30 so far), just because I don’t have many buyers yet.

Is that smart at this stage, or does it hurt long-term?

Content that converts:

For IG / Threads / X: what’s actually getting people to sub right now? Personality, teasing, more explicit hints?

Niche:

I feel a bit in between. I’m 30, chubby/curvy, strong (lifting), a bit alt, kinda “good girl” but leaning more domme lately and loving roleplay.

Do I need to lean harder into one lane, or just keep building and let it evolve?

General:

If you were restarting from zero but already had content/pages set up, what would you focus on first?

Also, what mistakes slow growth the most early on?

And do caption keywords (like “chubby”, “curvy”) actually help push content on IG/Threads/X?
