I see a 2021 GX 460 with very low miles. It is certified pre owned L with a reputable Lexus dealership. It’s everything I want and they are willing to work with me on price to the point I am comfortable after 2 days of haggling. My question is in it being in a previous “moderate” collision on the carfax. The carfax is beautiful maintenance wise with 2 previous owners. Says airbags didn’t deploy. And the dealership has made it basically brand new to get it to the L certification. I am slightly hesitant seeing moderate vs minor damage on a carfax. But if Lexus has completed and passed the 161 point inspection and it’s covered unlimited for 2 years bumper to bumper 4 years… should I be concerned at all? Should I stay away? It was front drivers side impact with another car. I have seen it and you see no damage and it drives like I would have never known. I don’t plan to resell this ever it’ll be mine for life. Less than 40,000 miles.
