Today I received call from talent acquisition team regarding onboarding, she took my college data and told me that onboarding from 18th may, but she said offer letter may come in 1 to 2 days, so I'm concerned that I haven't received any bgv form yet, still how I will get directly offer letter, concerned about this, any guidance or suggestions appreciated.

I attended an interview on 31st March 2026 at the Pune location for the IBM CIC off-campus drive. However, I have not received any updates or responses from the company yet. The application portal still shows my status as “In Interview Process.” What should I conclude from this? Any insights from selected candidates would be appreciated.
