I'm a long time al-anon member. I moved abroad and there aren't any in-person al-anon meetings in English in the city I live. I don't know anyone in program here and am trying to think about how I might advertise the meeting and / or find people that could be interested in joining an in-person meeting. Do others have experiences starting a new meeting in a place where they don't have program connections? If so, I'd love to hear how you got it going! Thank you!
