I’m looking at some off campus apartments, and I’m currently choosing between Shadowood, university lake, union, and lark. I honestly don’t want to pay over 1.5k, but I want to be a nice distance from campus, avoid roaches, and be in a considerably safe area. I haven’t seen much in university lake, but it’s a good price for a 1 bed room. Can anyone share their experiences with any of these apartments?
