I’ve come down to choosing between these two cameras and would like you know if you guys recommend either one! I’m planning to use the camera for the vacation, friends, general pictures, etc…

I’ve had this camera for a couple of years and recently it stopped taking photos? The battery is fine and I can go through old pictures but I can’t seem to take pictures. I’ve tried resetting the settings but to no avail. Does anyone know what the problem could possibly be?

The model is Canon PowerShot SD940 IS Digital ELPH
