I’m upgrading from my Redmi 9 Prime to a OnePlus 13R through Amazon exchange/trade-in. The issue is that my order is not eligible for Open Box Delivery, so I’m confused about how to safely transfer all my data before giving the old phone.

I have photos, apps, WhatsApp chats, contacts, files, etc. on the old device. Since the delivery agent may take the old phone during exchange, what’s the best way to transfer everything without risking data loss?

Should I:

Back up everything to Google first?

Use Clone Phone after delivery?

Keep old phone temporarily during exchange?

Or cancel exchange and transfer later?

Anyone who has done phone exchange without Open Box Delivery, how did you manage it? Any tips to avoid losing data would help.

I was almost finalized on buying the OnePlus 13R for around ₹40k, but now I’m wondering if I should save a bit and go for the Nord 6 at ₹39k instead.

My priorities are:

Long-term smoothness

Good display and battery

Premium feel in hand

Less heating/throttling

Better overall experience for 3–4 years

I don’t care much about cameras, but I do game sometimes and use the phone heavily daily.

On paper the Nord 6 looks newer, but the 13R seems more flagship-like overall. Is the extra money for the 13R actually worth it, or is Nord 6 the smarter buy here?

People who used either phone, please share real experience instead of only specs 🙏

I keep seeing posts/comments with awards on Reddit and I’m a bit confused about what they actually do.

Do they have any real benefits (like boosting visibility, unlocking features, or helping the creator in some way), or are they just for appreciation?

Also, are they still worth giving now, or has Reddit changed how they work recently?
