Hello guys! Can you help me with problem of mine? I've deposited money from my Gcash balance to Gsave, specifically on eC-Savings, but when I deposited my money, ganiyan yung lumabas sa screen ko, at hindi nag reflect yung pera pero nag deduct sa balance ko. Pwede po kaya akong makahingi ng tulong or tips paano ito masulosyunan? Nag reach out na rin ako sa email nila tsaka sa help center ng gcash, until now wala pa rin silang matinong response sa'kin at nagpatulong na rin ako sa BSP through messenger nila. I hope meron ding makatulong saakin dito, thank you! (Transaction was on May 3, 2026)
