I’m currently desperate and hitting a wall with Meta’s support system. I’m the administrator of my company’s business portfolios, and I have completely lost access to them.
The issue started after an external agency gained access to manage some of our ads. Shortly after, my personal profile (which manages our business assets) was flagged for "suspicious activity/potential hacking" and subsequently locked. I am now stuck in an endless loop:
I keep submitting my ID for verification, but I get no response or resolution.
Every path in the Help Center forces me into the new Meta AI support assistant, which is useless for a case of this severity.
The AI keeps providing generic, automated responses and refuses to escalate my case, even though it’s a critical business access issue.
I am completely locked out of my company’s assets and can’t manage our portfolios. My business operations are at a standstill, and the lack of a human representative to review this "security block" is catastrophic.
Has anyone successfully bypassed the Meta AI support loop recently to get a case reviewed by a human agent for a business account block? Any specific links, workarounds, or strategies that actually work in 2026 would be a lifesaver.
