[DISCUSSION] Creatine overrated or completely underrated?

[DISCUSSION] Creatine overrated or completely underrated?

Honestly used to skip it for years thinking it was just a "gym bro" thing. Started taking it 2 months ago and noticed a real difference in strength and recovery But I also changed my routine around the same time so hard to tell what actually did the work lol Someone I know who coaches u/blackoutmethod always says supplements are maybe 10% of the equation and the structure of your program is what actually moves the needle. Starting to think he's right What's your experience with creatine? Worth it or nah?
