Hi everyone, I need advice on what to do next. Unfortunately, my friend sent her number with one wrong digit, so the money was transferred via Metrobank to an incorrect/inactive GCash number. I already contacted both Metrobank and GCash, but I keep getting redirected between them without any resolution. GCash told me that only the sending bank (Metrobank) can initiate a funds recall. However, Metrobank has not initiated it or provided a clear process so far. Has anyone experienced this before?
