I got Rogers about four days ago, I have the 5g Home Internet Ultimate for 100 dollars a month not including taxes. The only thing the wifi is connected to is only my computer and my mobile phone, nothing else. I don't own a TV and what not, just those two devices.
It's just horrible, I can barely run anything. My ping on my computer is trash, I keep crashing due to the internet and the connection is just bonkers. I moved my router to different places of my apartment, the window, my living room, my bedroom and even my kitchen and nothing has changed. I have never had this problem with wifi before in my city or just generally in my area. Community wifi in my apartment throughout all of the unit runs incredibly smoothly when I used to pay 12 dollars a week for it.
Does anyone else have this problem? Who should I switch to because 100 dollars a month for this sort of "ultimate" wifi is outrageous.
