France / EUR Fansly creators: for bank transfers, which payout method and bank actually work best direct bank, Paxum, or Cosmo? Does Revolut work?
Hi, I’m a Fansly creator based in France, so I’m paid/spending in EUR.
I already checked the payout options on Fansly and I know I can choose between direct bank transfer, Paxum, and Cosmo/Cosmopayment, but I’m still trying to understand what actually works best in real life for bank withdrawals/transfers in France / the euro zone.
What I’m mainly trying to compare is:
- which payout method is the easiest for bank transfers
- which banks actually work well for receiving the money
- whether Revolut works reliably for this
- whether it’s better to do Fansly → bank directly or Fansly → Paxum/Cosmo → bank
- fees + USD to EUR conversion
- overall reliability / risk of transfer issues

I’m not really asking about small payouts specifically — I’m mainly trying to figure out the best setup for withdrawals and bank transfers as a creator in France using EUR, without losing too much to fees/conversion or choosing the most annoying route by mistake.
