Recently upgraded from a series 4 to a AWU3. On my series 4, when I received notifications from my Ring cameras I would see a still image and when I pressed on the image, it would show a short animation of the motion that caused the notification (not the full video but enough to know what caused it). On my AWU3, I receive an image from the camera that caused the motion alert but pressing on the image does nothing and I cannot see what caused the motion alert without checking my phone. None of my settings have changed and I have run out of ideas. Can anyone here validate that they can see an abbreviated video of the motion when pressing on the notification? Any ideas on how to restore the is incredibly useful function?
