Did your hours and classes transfer to the IBEW or did you have to start from the beginning?

I'm wondering because I got ranked low and need electrical experience before reinterviewing.

I need references. At my current job I barely talk, don't make friends with anyone, and just show up, do work, and leave.

The training director told me that they usually take around 60 new apprentices per year. Should I wait or go non union?
