Small, wide, flat feet

I wear size 6.5/7 and I have wide feet with almost no arch whatsoever. I went to a running store and got fitted for shoes and they put me in hoka Arahi and Newbalance 860. I was having aching throbbing pain on the inside of my arches. I tried to return said shoes and the sales associate said it was my feet that were the problem and not the shoes and wouldn’t let me try on any more pairs. I already bought $60 insoles and was still having pain in both shoes

So, now I am trying to fit a plush shoes that doesn’t cause me pain without paying 300+ for custom insoles.

I did some research and I like the Brooks glycerin and want to try Brooks Glycerin Max 2.

Anyone have similar feet and have a favorite pair of running shoes?
