So my replacement is heating up, I'm not concerned about the wax in this picture, more the weird cloudiness of the globe near the bottom. I've cleaned the outside with dish soap and Windex to make sure it's not a film or something on the outside. It's pretty even around the bottom 4" or so and appears really orange in person (the wax is black).... I'm paranoid now after my first lamp from Spencer's had an issue. Anyone have any ideas?

Got a 16.3" Lava brand lamp at Spencer's.... Get home, all excited to get it going.... It's nice and clear out of the box..... Go to screw in the bulb....

And the seat for the bulb is all loose in the base and won't stay up in the hole. /Cry

Is this normal, or should I take it back?
