Recurring smell impacting relationship

So I F23 have been experiencing what I think is BV very consistently. It is not to do with hygiene or washing myself as I do not put soap in the area or anything like that. But I’ve noticed for the past two years or so, since i had the implant I was always getting bv (very strong smell through my clothes even after washing) so I got it removed, but it hasn’t gone away. It’s usually worse before my period and during and a week after my period too. Then it all goes back to normal for about a week before it starts again. I’ve also noticed that my partners M23 penis is starting to have a smell to it (he is clean and even when he’s freshly out the shower too) it’s not very strong but it smells similar to what I’m having myself. Has he caught it from me? The whole situation is just frustrating. I’ve tried using pessaries but it just ends up coming back. Also neither of us have any STDs or have ever had one.

▲ 1 r/Endo

Currently in the process of being tested for endo. I’ve been getting this really sharp pain in the left side where the ovaries are, not like period pain at all it’s just very sharp and painful. Always on the left side. I do get other symptoms (very heavy bleeding, pain in my back and legs, sometimes deep pain after sex, extremely tired) but this one happens sometimes on my period and even when the period is nearly over. Also get it during the rest of the month sometimes too. Is this part of endo or could be something else?
