Planning to buy flat in Media City, high floor, amazing views. Construction nearby but will be behind building, so nothing disrupts the views. Planning for end use but also buying for Golden Visa purposes and establishing base to travel.

1BHK, ~1000 sqft, 2.1 million AED. In this market and analyzing Bayut and PropertyFinder, honestly one of the best negotiated prices I've seen.

Great facilities and services as well as quality of build (better than EMAAR).

Do you think in this economy and in current situation a worthy investment or should I hold back?
