[TX] So I was charged with credit card abuse, state jail felony, first offense. From my understanding they have me for 2 card uses totalling less than 25$. I'm honestly kind of surprised this is even going forward.

I'm gonna be contacting my attorney today but I'm nervous so I wanted some opinions here to prepare me for what Im gonna hear. I'm looking into options like a pre trial diversion program but I don't really know if that's viable with my particular charge. Do I have any other ways of making this smaller or getting it dismissed altogether?

Alternatively, as that's a very lofty ambition, what are the chances I would actually do time for something like that vs probation??

I know people have posted about this plenty before and it's related to stress, but I had a dream about my teeth falling out last night that felt so realistic I woke up fully believing I had a teeth in my sheets.

I was half awake/in and out of sleep and I kept "touching my teeth" because they felt loose, then one fell out. I could genuinely feel the gap between my teeth, followed by the surrounding teeth beginning to wiggle out. I put my hand back up to my mouth several times to make sure, as I kept repeatedly "waking up" but I felt the gap and wiggles every time, even putting my finger in between my them.

At one point I think I actually woke up and felt my mouth and it was right, but when I fell back asleep the exact same thing started happening so I fully woke up to stick my hand in my mouth and check for teeth lol

I also have a poor dental history so that added to how real it felt
